We are pleased to offer GapOnly® for eligible pet insurance policies. GapOnly® allows participating insurers to process and pay their portion of the claim at the time of your visit, meaning you only need to pay the gap—the difference between your veterinary invoice and the amount covered by your insurer.
This convenient service can significantly reduce your upfront out-of-pocket expenses. Eligibility depends on your insurer and individual policy, and claims are subject to insurer approval at the time of processing.
