Meet Our Reception Team

Our friendly and knowledgeable reception team is here to make every visit smooth and stress-free. As pet lovers, they’re dedicated to providing warm welcomes, helpful advice, and excellent service to both you and your pets. Get to know the friendly faces who will greet you when you walk through our doors!

Seb Irwin

I was raised in the Hunter Valley, surrounded by thoroughbred horses on my family’s stud, Riverslea Farm, where we prepared mares, yearlings, and foals. Growing up in this environment with a variety of animals—including cats, dogs, chickens, and, of course, horses—instilled in me a deep love for animals. This passion has inspired my future aspiration to study Zoology and Conservation.
My equestrian background led me to compete in various disciplines, including sporting and eventing, at both state and national levels. I plan to return to competitive riding in the future.

After completing Year 12, I began working at Baramul Horse Stud, where I cared for mares, foals, and yearlings. I also had the opportunity to travel to the Gold Coast and Adelaide for the Magic Millions Yearling Sales. In March 2020, I visited Cobar in outback NSW for what was meant to be a two-week trip, but the onset of the first lockdown left me stranded there. I made the most of the situation by securing local employment and stayed in Cobar until November 2021. Afterward, I moved to Sydney and began working at the practice in Potts Point.
